The meticulous craftsmanship and thoughtful design that CMM brings to every project have also proven to be valuable in the resale process. We are excited to share two notable examples of custom homes built by CMM that outperformed their market area during resale in 2023.

First, we had the opportunity to sell a stunning Manasquan home built by CMM in 2017 on Brielle Road. This property secured the position as the fourth largest resale in Manasquan last year and surpassed the average sales price for single-family homes in Manasquan by over $1,200,000.

Second, in fall of 2023, we were pleased to facilitate the sale of a CMM-built home from 2014 on the 200 block in Avon. This gorgeous home generated over 10 offers and surpassed the average sales price for single-family homes in the town by over $1,100,000.
